This was lap 8/11 that i did during that week. My approach was a lot easier than with my old FD. The traffic is crazy during Touristenfahrten and there were always yellow flags on almost every lap i did. In general @ Touristenfahrten there is nothing to win and everything to loose. This was also my first time on any race track with the current FD, i considered this to be a kind of shakedown. There are a lot of things that still need to be adjusted, but all in all im super happy with how the car behaved. It has a lot of potential and is quite a bit faster than the old one. - Auta a dopravní prostředky

Klasse Runde! Schön die FD wieder fahren zu sehen! Was zeigt die rechte weiße Anzeige eigentlich? Öldruck? Weil die immer mal so einknickt?
Vielen Dank, ich bin auch super happy! Genau, das ist die Öldruckanzeige. Das ist mir auch schon aufgefallen. Leider sind die Datenlogs unbrauchbar gewesen, aber im Video kann man es ja klar erkennen. Ich bin schon im Trialog mit meinem Motorenbauer und Abstimmer, mal gucken wie die das bewerten. Es handelt sich ja immer nur um Zehntelsekunden und leichte Schwankungen, wobei ich hier und da auch größere Einbrüche gesehen habe.

235/40 R18 and 255/35 R18

@@081588101 HA, I also have those tires on my S2K, 8 years old. I'm also not impressed but they aren't terrible. AD08RS are actually worse. One thing I can say is please do not get R888R, a big disappointment! Back in the day I used to run RPF1 also on the FD in 275/35 R18 on all 4 and also 285/30 R 18 on all 4 (not sure if that would be legal here, but they fit, 18X9.5 +35 in the front and 18 x 10 +28 I think in the back, with rolled fenders).
@@big-R Interesting. My fenders in the front are slightly widened and the arch is rolled and i already have slight issues with the fitment. How low was your car? Also on my old FD it was very close and it only had 235/45 R17.
I cant even imagine running 285/30 R18! 🤯
I will probably go for the Nankang AR-1 or the Advan A052 when the time comes.
@@big-R Interesting again. My wheel offset in the front is +40, so that should be ok actually. If you can get them eingetragen depends if there is enough space everywhere, also to the inside and when the car is under full load. You also need some kind of Gutachten. Mine are actually eingetragen! I would love to have even 255´s in the front. But with the right wheel geometry there is even no understeer with 235´s in the front.
