Playing this for first time with no experiance or any knowledge about game mechanic or story plot but without deaths or any annoying things. Feel free to discuss down below in comment section about choices which I or you made during this game. Episode 2 will depend on choices from this one.

The Walking Dead is a episodic video game based on Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead comic book series. The game was developed by Telltale Games.The Walking Dead's release date was first planned to be set in the last months of 2011 but due to the production and development of the project, the game was delayed to until early 2012. The game will consist of five episodes, with the first episode released on 24th April 2012.
Kirkman has said that, unlike typical zombie games such as Left 4 Dead, it will focus more on characterization and emotion than action.
The game will feature cross-genre of both adventure and action, in which, like in the previous Telltale titles, the player must make use of inventory items and environment, however, unlike in them, the played characters will have limited time to do so and could die in the process. The game is told from the point of view of a new character named Lee Everett, who will be the only controllable character in the game. Lee will however be able to interact with the other survivors and his actions will influence the plot in particular ways (like, for example, at some point Lee will have to choose whom to save from the dead, and therefore by letting the other individual perish, some of the game plot will change, while other remains unchanged).
In addition, some characters from the original comic book series have been confirmed to make cameo appearances in-game. They will be Glenn and Hershel. Players will be able to meet them before the plot in the comic book begins to take place.
The Walking Dead Game will be available on multiple platforms via PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X as well as iOS App Store on a later date.
In my book, family doesn't matter during a zombie apocalypse. You gotta do what you gotta do. Loot, survive, kill zombies, and make sure you're not afraid if whatever's coming at you.

I already finished season 1 and 2 of the walking dead series and I just started watching this one
I liked that police officer, and I liked Shawn. I gotta stop liking people, or this will become Game of Thrones real fast.
Me too ! I played 3 more times after this. Telltale Games did great job here, that is why I'm doing more games from them in next couple days :)

One thing-I'd have told him i was with a police officer. Not sure what choices that would have brought up, but then i'd just say he and i were getting lunch or something.
No, he will die no matter what you choose, same scenario except fact that Shawn's dad isnt going to rage on Kenny. Kid will again stay alive though.

Should have saved the kid, the other dude was going to die no matter what you picked and you would have still gotten kicked out but at least by saving the kid you earned Kenny's respect for later episodes...

It was nobodies fault in that situation... you had two people to save. Either way, one of them would have gotten taken. I don't care if someone has favorites, that shouldn't be what saves a person.

That's okay, but on the contrary, I actually prefer this than Shephard paraphrasing everything I chose. It makes me feel like I chose the right thing.
You choose Duck, Shawn dies by walkers. You choose Shawn, Shawn dies from walkers. Either way, Shawn dies.
I'm playng games only on PC for now. I dont have ps3 or xbox neither. You can find those on steam Jurassic Park 29,99$ and Back in the Future around 25$.
