The problem with tackling this particular feature is in getting evidence that points to the AI interacting with the game. As it stands, only the owner of this particular monitor would know what's happening. Unless the game developers can track specific API calls in game, which would seem is the only way this would be able to track the position of enemies, i don't see how they would be able to tell something like this is happening.
Presumably the way this technology works, is it will continuously read the pixels of the mini-map, and then overlay the information. Since the processing and overlay is happening directly on the monitor, it will be near impossible for game devs to detect that this is happening. When that's said, it should be easy to detect if the system has a monitor connected that supports this technology, so we may see games blacklisting specific monitors from competitive play.

Imagine it starts highlighting attack ranges, ward ranges and put small timers underneath enemy healthbars showing cooldown timers and it's basically info scripting. Definitively cheating. After thinking about it for awhile, I don't really see this monitor being all that impactful in the long run. Predictive cheats, while dangerous, isn't going to be 100% accurate. Depending on the technology, the AI might not detect if the person is crouching/prone and could just outline a standing person, or if the game has decoys or robots the AI might be tricked into thinking it's a real person. The only time it could become dangerous is if the AI has access to game files or can packet sniff.
