Instead of being so greedy, if McCaw had just stayed with the Warrior's organization, he would have developed into a much better player due to the Warrior's developmental staff. He also didn't get much more playing time with the other teams that he played for, further hindering his development. He will be 27 years of age this October, a full 4 years plus older than Jordan Poole, who is taking advantage of his time there with the Warriors to develop his skills.

Yeah well Poole could end up developing his skills and rightfully pouting his way out due to what Draymond did.
