I always love those obscure late 90's-early 2000's toylines like Ronan Warriors that no one hardly collects, for me the one I like picking up from time to time is SD Gundam Force, but they're so hard to come by, ESPECIALLY complete. I think there's a whole era of toys from that time where not enough collectors cared enough to preserve them and circulate them in the aftermarket that there's not a lot of complete/sealed supply. Great episode as always dude!

Well Dan that was quite the epic haul of toys you got from the Retropalooza. I have never encountered Ronin Warriors in the wild but look a great toyline. Any toyline with swords and horses is cool.
Oh yes, I am very familiar with LGN Dungeons & Dragons figures. There where just so many in the shops when I was young. It was great seeing all of these on the pegs. I did have a few figures myself one being Strongheart and the other being War Duke. Just recently got those two from Neca.
Weird, I knew about Sky Commanders as a kid but not MASK. Sky Commanders were common here, but too expensive so I didnt have any. I wonder if they were more common here in Canada.

Radical D&D:FOF! Really dig those Ronin Warriors, I'm sucker for those attachable armor pieces....
you could get some silicone (not putty) and mold the back right foot, cast it and do some surgery for the front right leg/foot and then paint it to match
I had the Mighty Destrier horse from that line. Nothing else. 🤦♂️😂
I poured over every inch of that card/box back for the Fortress for over a year, never saw it in person until a couple years ago at Time Warp Toys in StL. Alan had it just before he moved the store a few doors down to its present location you visited, but I never even asked how much to save my disappointment.
I think I still have that Enterprise D? I also had the Bridge playset, got it locally off eBay and thought I lost it in storage in 2008, but found I still had it when I moved to current location. I dread opening it up to check the battery corrosion after all these years! 😱🖖
I also had the LJN(?) Enterprise. Picked up two, one for a friend, one for me. Not sure where mine is? He likely purged everything from me, years ago, before he went full magat.

I purchased the Fortess of Fang at a local Antique store that had multiple vendors, I believe I paid $200 almost complete. Very lucky score. 💪🤓

the fortress of fangs is one those sets I want to get too. just wondering if you are aware Dan that there two versions of the early ADnD figures of warduke,strongheart ,Zarak and a few others. after the first wave similar to straight arm Gi joe they reissued the original figures but with the Battle-matic action gimmick so figures had a lever or other switch to activate it where the originals didn't I also believe the originals has a rubber O ring type thing that held the legs in place which would break easily so it was replaced too , great pick up on those figures the Gnoll warriors are a cool set . its just so weird that they made so many monster figures in that static style
Seeing those Ronin Warriors hit so hard. I had the whole line carded minus Sekmet, white blaze, and the cosplay arm. I did have the Dark Rider Talpa and the Lightning Rider Ryo as well but I didn't have the rereleases like the Sage you showed. I regret having to sell those plus my entire Toy Biz X-Men carded collection.
The Riders were KB Toys exclusives if I remember correctly. I know they don't have the label that you normally see on KB Exclusives but KB is where I found mine.
I had Sky Commanders...aaaaaaaaaand no space. I ended up being a little disappointed:P

50 dollars from 1990 is worth 115 dollars today due to inflation. That means that Rescue Rangers cost more than 100 dollars when it came out.
This might not be the last time this happens.
I went to a toy show I got a huge haul Batman scuba and C-3PO episode 1 and comics and a lot more

I gave them the ticket for the original Mega Man game back when it first came out, either Toys R Us or Lionel Playworld, I can't remember which, but they handed me a Mega Man that had already been opened -- probably the store display. The game had no plastic bag, no inserts, and the instructions were dirty. At the time, I didn't know how important Mega Man would be to me. It would have to be that game that this happened to... If it had been any other game, like Magmax, then it wouldn't have mattered. But at least my Mega Man game box says "Dr. Wright" on the back instead of Dr. Wily.
