Hello, apadina people who are living abroad, all Indian vegetables are 3 to 4 days old when it comes to market nanga yena panradhu. Freezing vegetables is hundred percent more nutrient than keeping in fridge. I cut and freeze vegetable for 1 week. Even all the base gravies for chicken fry, poriyal, I even prepare the tadka and keep it in fridge 🤣🤣because I work it's difficult to manage. it is less nutrient but not unhealthy. I am happy that our families are not ordering on Swiggy or eating any unhealthy food outside.
Only thing I try to avoid the most is no plastic storage, no plastic lunchbox or water bottle in home, basically nothing touching food would be in plastic, freezing only in glass containers, no readymade food like sauces, only stainless steel and cast iron cookware in the kitchen. Very nice organisation video.

But people are thinking if the vegetables are stored in frige it's unhealthy..the actual truth is vegetables are cut and stored in a room temperature that's unhealthy and poisonous.. So that they didn't get spoiled we are using refrigerator.. So it absolutely safe!! Go ahead.. Thank you❤

1.Don't keep dairy products in fridge door . Door cooling will be less than fridge shelves.
2. Chill tray below freezer can be used for storing dairy products.
3. No need to store potatoes in fridge. It can be stored outside open tray or just in a paper bag
