- [4K 60FPS] Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril (Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril) is a roller coaster ride at Disneyland Paris. There's also a similar ride like this at Tokyo DisneySea. There's no Indiana Jones dark ride like at Disneyland in California.

Ride filmed November 2021 in Disneyland Paris.
One of the worst rides in Paris. I mean, the theming and design is awesome, but the track layout is pretty weak and it's not very smooth. I liked it much more back in the days when the trains were backwards. ^^
the best themed state fair roller coaster in history
I love the structural details in the queue line.
This coaster was supposed to be temporary but then, given the satisfaction of the guests, it was decided to keep it operational
you don't teach us anything
@@ismaelvv.4513 You didn't know this don't lie
@@chuck4714 it's not a lie
@@chuck4714 I live in France I have known the park for 15 years

Why doesn’t Disney build this at Hollywood studios in Florida next to the Indiana Jones stunt spectacular … make a mini land
Yes...
That would be a good idea AND get people to watch the stunt show more maybe
@Shaun McKee I agree too
@Shaun McKee I agree it be nice … but how Disney become cheap .. this take less space and a lot less money
@@theprodigiousspiderstarTM I heard the stunt show is amazing
ディズニーシーで言うところのレイジングスピリッツだな
I rode something like this in Japan. Super cool theme
Nothing beats Indiana Jones in Disneyland! This one reminded me of Jaguar in Knotts Berry Farm.
Colorado Adventure in Phantasialand is way better.
Mi first loop was here! I’ve lost the fear to the loops here when it was backwards back in the 2000’s.
I remember runnig to the space mountain after losing the fear here
It was backwards once, right? I remember that too but thought I was wrong.
I was there with my two little kids (6 and 9 at the time) in the 2000's and I remember the walk up to the coaster features the loop. We saw the trains had the cars backwards and decided not to go because of a 90 minute line. A shame really, it looks like so much fun and my kids are fearless.
i love the way you start your videos with external shots and details of the ride, really adds to the vibe.
I went there back in September 2002. It was close to park closing, I was in the front row. I'd already ridden it a few times earlier in the day, but I was basically their last customer at that time. The ride finished, but it still wasn't quite closing time yet. After a moment, the staff looked at me in the front seat, gestured with their hands, and went "Allez?" I immediately said "Oui, allez!" and they ran it twice more with me in the front car before they had to actually shut it down. One of my favorite Disney cast member moments for sure!
It looks fun, they did a great job with the theming, at the end of the day though it's just a glorified mousetrap rollercoaster.
The attention to detail in this was amazing, the architecture of the entire design spot on 😍 What an amazing ride 😊
ディズニーシーのレイジングスピリッツと同じ感じかな
Looks like big thunder mtn but with indy theme. looks boring...the indy ride at Disneyland California is amazing
Love the detail that Disney put into this!
Everything looks & seems better when its built & based in Paris!!😀
Can't wait for more disneyland paris POVs
First time I did this ride, I was forced to do it by the adults I went with and couldn't stop crying because I was scared. Next time I went to Disneyland, I did it twice in a row because I was starting to love it. Now it's my absolute favorite (Hyperspace Mountain close behind)
its much faster in person, love it. Wish they'd bring it to AK
It seems like a giant Mad Mouse. 👀
This ride looks so extreme for a disney ride! i love it!
What a beautiful place
I understand that points of exit must be clearly marked and visible but did they have to have so many? It's immersion breaking to have a ride exit in direct view at almost every single turn.
楽しそう❁Tokyo Disney Seaのレイジングスピリッツに似ている
So excited for more videos from European parks!
Oh sweet, you guys are there. Look forward to seeing your videos.
The track is in serious need of a refurb. I remember it being kind of a rough ride. It’s like a bad version of Raging Spirits at Tokyo Disney Sea.
“Rusty? May I call you ‘Rusty’? I had a bad experience on this ride, once. I threw up!”
That’s a great little ride!
東京ディズニーシーでいうレイジングスピリッツってかんじかな?コースの流れも結構似てるし
Regarding theming, it has tons of potential. Also the ride is kind of Hard and less comfortable. Several years ago it ran backwards
Ran backwards? WDYM?
@@mdalsted The cars faced backwards for a while before they changed it back to normal
@@mdalsted Basically the trains were reverted on the tracks, it didnt last long as everyone complained of back pain
I'm glad they switched it to forward facing.
i think it should be more than just a coaster ... indoor 3D style ...surprise drops... etc....
Looks really fun
Great on ride pov video
Amazing details for a coaster! Decent coaster too. I'd ride this many times
I remember growing up seeing this and wanting to go on it so bad :
Excellent quality ❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕
Rode this years ago and it was rough as heck even back then. It's a beautifully themed carnival coaster...
I'd be happy if this was at a place like Alton Towers. Ecstatic if it was at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Disney...? You can do far better...
yes really rough.... i hit my head really bad .
Too bad all of the steel supports were not wrapped in bamboo.
There’s a serious lack of immersion on this ride
The problem I have with themed roller coasters in general. Dark rides is where it's at!
Great video, ride looks fun but I am not quite seeing the Disney magic found on most attractions. Probably better in person though, don't mean to be negative, appreciate the upload :-)
I thought the same thing.
I think because it's an outdoor ride, Disney isn't able to immerse riders as well as they do indoors. Disney actually did wonders designing an exciting ride in very limited space. It's good fun to ride and the attention to detail in the queue area and along the ride is amazing.
This ride was meant to be temporary. With time it proved to be popular so it has never left.
So cool 👍🏽
when i was in there years ago, the seats were reversed, u couldnt see the loop until u were inside him, didnt felt good after the ride
10/10 !!!!
Really good.
They should’ve used lap bars instead of OTSR with only one loop
Wow.
That's %100 different from the original Disneyland version!
Woah I’m reading other peoples comments at how terrible this ride is and that’s so sad because this video makes it look very very cool. I would want to go and ride it someday.
Well, it is very cool. It's also just very small and there's nothing other than the coaster around that part of the park. And, its bigger problem is its bigger brothers in the park: Space Mountain is an amazing coaster featuring multiple loops, smooth and long metal track, and amazing theming. Big Thunder Mountain actually goes under the river and has its own island (thank you Imagineer's Tony Baxter and Terri Hardin). -Frank
Very very well filmed 👍👍💐
It looks like they spent more on the theming than on the ride itself.
I went on Indiana Jones. At the loop my head was stuck looking at the floor.
How smooth is this coaster? It looks a little rough.
I rode this when I was a kid. It went backwards. An intense little coaster with a whippy inversion - more like a Schwartzkopf than an Intamin. But overall kind of lackluster by Disney standards.
yeah i agree
Amazing 😍👍
Ah yes, Intamin's copy of a Pinfari.
Since I've never been to the overseas parks, I'm wondering how similar the Paris and Tokyo versions of this ride are.
Why did they stop it going backwards?! It went from scary as, to something very mediocre
Walt would be turning in his grave right now, this is a carnival ride! No animatronics and little to no theming. Not even a launch system and all outside. Boo!
the restraint design is a crime against humanity

Great coaster, a little lackluster and lazy on disneys end, but the coaster as a coaster is great!
It's not as impressive as I imagined it would be. Still a great video though.
WoW
This ride should be plussed with an Indiana Jones AA in the ride que and snakes or other animals during the ride.
So many possibilities and they chose to be lazy. A temple of doom coaster will never be made. They gopt so close. but instead we got this.
wow was that a loop i saw?
yes
My mommy fell off this coaster.
The ride looks boring now that it doesn't go backwards any longer. And yes, I have ridden is backwards in 2010 and it was smooth
eh. it felt like regular coaster idk
Pretty lame for a Disney flagship ride...
It's an old ride to be fair
@@vikingjoebloggs3887 I still love to ride it don't get me wrong 😁
The anti rollback takes away from the theming, they should use drive tires or something else..
You cant use drive tyres on a lift hill.
@@smallbrandproductions6906 You actually can, vekoma and zierer do that on some of their rides
Edit: As well as scharwkoft
Is this considered a family coaster?
You have be over a certain height to go on this ride.hope this helps
1.40M pretty tall
@@bastienw4690 ig that would be considered a teen/pre teen coaster? All I know it is a great coaster for young coaster enthusiasts so they can experience a loop
@@TheMrFunny11 It's a very rough coaster! Butterflies in my stomach all the time. Back in the days this coaster drove backwards, even more intense!
日本のレイジングスピリッツみたいやねw
Hate disney for buying the lucas arts and letting the whole indiana jones thing die just to make more money
Disney set such a high bar that the themeing here is a little dissapointing. No storyline and doesn’t look particularly fresh.
Is there any theme or story to this ride? It looks more like a universal studios quality ride, not Disney.
Universal would've done it better
False advertising 😀 it ain’t that smooth.
One heck of a stability setting you have on the camera.
I have no problem with this coaster i ride it weekly and it’s not as rough as y’all claim it is
The ride looks mediocre at best , but the theming was alright I guess .I would except a more thrilling ride coming from Disney imagineers.
日本のレイジングスピリッツみたい
Phsssss I'm not impressed i tell u that🙊
What a terrible ride. Theming doesn't make a ride good
I have two words for this coaster: absolutely terrible. The overall track layout is boring (mainly because there are no exciting elements resulting in no airtime) and the rough ride literally makes your ears turn purple. I'd recommend everyone to skip this ride and to spend your time at Hyperspace Mountain instead.
