    Thank you! I followed other tutorials and they skipped some really important parts which left me puzzled. Thanks to you I see where they went wrong - appreciate your help!

    Hi, thanks for the great video! I am not clear how you created a two column blog with the widgets on the right hand side next to the blog blocks?

    Thanks for giving a detailed walkthrough. I'm excited to give it a try. Meanwhile, as some other have said, would love to see how you created the right side info-area.

    I loved this training and I was able to crate my first template. How do you create the widgets on the right hand side. Do you have a video on this please?

    • @Engayla

      Yes, I agree, she did not explain how she created the two columns.

    Hi people, this is not an actual template. It is rather a starter boilerplate content. If you do a layout change in the template, it won't be reflected to the pages that use that template. That's why Elementor is not providing that functionality in the FREE version. Rather they call it Theme Builder, where you can build real templates that are attached to certain post types.

    Hi Tiffany, thanks a lot for the tutorial :)
    Do you have any video or indications to build setup the right column ?

    • @caf-innateacademy1081
      @caf-innateacademy1081  Před rokem +1

      Hi Tiffany :) I don't have a video explaining the process but I will add it to my list to create! But just to give you a little guide, the right side column is created in the widget area in the wordpress menu, not in the blog template itself. Hope this helps! and keep an eye out for a video showing you how in the near future xx

    You didn’t show how to house all blogs in a single page. These are just separate blog pages. How can someone click on blog and see all blogs you have created?

    Thanks. Very helpful. Once created, is there a way to go back and edit the template if you find you want to update the template in some way, change colors or whatever?

    • @caf-innateacademy1081
      @caf-innateacademy1081  Před rokem +1

      yes you can! When you created the template - "add new", you'll also see "saved template" (at 6:00 minute mark) - go into your saves templates and make the necessary changes.

    • @caf-innateacademy1081
      @caf-innateacademy1081  Před rokem

      SEO is more complex than that. Using this template is a good baseline for ensuring your blog post shows up in search results. But you'll need to also make sure the topic you write about is what people are actually searching for and also make sure you're using the right keywords. But that is a topic for another day because it is quite involved.

    Great technical video. At 2:00 you say that you don't have to have the name and date at the top of the blog, but you don't say how to remove these things. How do you do this?

    • @mikehart2555
      @mikehart2555 Před 4 měsíci +1

      @@mightymeowz Sadly not. No response for some reason. @CAF-Innate Academy I suppose that one could start hacking the code, but I would prefer access to a setting that allows code/version updates without having to re-hack. What's your method?

    I notice that you don’t use a table of content ? Why do you not ?

    • @caf-innateacademy1081
      @caf-innateacademy1081  Před rokem

      Hi Mark, it depends on the length of the article. If it is a long article with various sections i.e. a type of full guide, then yes adding a table of content would be a good idea to have both for the user experience and also Google. Thanks!
