LEGO tower bells - motion and sound

Good old micro 9V motor and a four-bar linkage mechanism rock the bells back and forth.
An Adafruit AudioFX Board plays an OGG file whenever the LEGO touch switch is triggered.
Next: make a PF-to-5V adapter to power the AudioFX from PF battery.
If the switch is always "ON", the board plays at power on so I can sync motion and sound.
