Natasha, now see, even how you take the time to cook a piece of beautiful chicken breast to make yourself a delicious sandwich. You have honestly like given me permission to care for myself. To go the extra steps and make myself something delicious. Whereas before I would think, “oh making a piece of chicken breast is for dinner time” so instead I would think I’ll just do deli meat. Which isn’t terrible, But why not take The few extra steps and make myself a delicious warm piece of chicken breast for a sandwich. Inspiration, that’s what you are to me girl. I’m so excited. It’s like I have a whole new way of viewing my weight watchers program. woo hoo!
