My attempt at a better story: My dad met Kenny Anderson at a bar in Logan International in Boston. They sat down and had a few drinks together and talked about basketball and shit like that. Eventually Kenny gets up to use the bathroom and my dad watches ESPN on TV and sees the news about Derrick Coleman being traded to the 76ers. Kenny comes back and my dad tells him about some big trade the Nets made earlier, which Kenny doesn’t know about. He tells him who it is and Kenny just fucking screams “THATS MY BEST FRIEND”
