Just ordered mine this morning, can't wait. You guys have filled my studio with amazing tools over the years and Thyme was always one that I had missed out on. Congrats on the release!

I will definitely get one of these once I have the money, thats right up my street and it looks well executed and not too mind bending to understand. Hope you are able to keep making them long into the future.

Best deep dive, well explained. Thanks a lot for taking the time Vaclav. The last part about the banks I will need to check again. Brain too tired after a working day, but ooh so ready to get this thing played. Also curious how it will react on different sound sources.

It is always better to take breaks and watch some parts again!

I wish the softpop v1 and bitranger had these type of videos. I eventually learned by exp and the manual which is beautifully written.

Unfortunately we do not have a Capacity to produce these types of videos to discontinued instruments

Good explanation, just the good speed. I already have the old thyme and i like the goods tutorials for my devices. I am happy with my bastl device. I had buy the pizza module when its come. I had buy the Ikarie module this week with also the neo trinity. Now i think that for really appreciate the pizza module the ikarie is primordial. The neo trinity after if you want the push modulation.

What are the main differences between the Thyme and Thyme+ or is it mostly cosmetic / better visual feedback with the knobs etc. ?

We had to redesign it around a new and slightly better chip inside as the previous one was discontinued during pandemic. Change is visual and hardware wise with better pots, updated io and better housing. We also did some changes to fw but the fw in also compatible with the OG

man i wish you used more melodic examples instead of percussion…

There’s like 90 different Thyme videos on YT all with different types of music/tones. The functionality between old Thyme and new is almost identical.

I disagree, it’s hard to find good videos of this with perc sounds like this, and it’s easier to make sense of what it’s doing IMO
