@@The-wp9is most of the edm melodies are simple chord melodies and basic stuffs... While in generes like jazz.. metal etc have complicated melodies and song structure.... So if he takes some music theory than he can easily figure out the mainstream melodies ... which are really simple yet quiet enjoyable..... However the main difficulty is the Mixing and producing part of it

@@ALEmix-zw2sc Personally I found it quite easy to write a decent melody (not anything ground breaking), I find it hard to write chords I like (despite knowing the scales). Guess it's all practice, I am still a noob
