It is impossible for me to live like this because they are destroying so many people. Why? Maybe make nutella at home: replace sugar with dates, dairy with soya or sumpt'n etc. also add some raw organic cold pressed xtra virgin coconut oil. You can find great substitute recipes online. never tried it but I kno it's pssbl

Lewis a tip from me is raw leaves of spinache about two fists of portions cut that in smaller pieces one or two hardboiled eggs chopped up , one organic carrot in slices three wallnuts break them in little pieces put 1/4 thee spoon of Himalayan pink salt and a little bit of black pepper and stir that and have a nice breakfast.
