      I studied Winter from this suite for my music O level, and listened pretty thoroughly to this movement too. I just love it and it has so many teenage memories for me too. Thank you! It’s hauntingly lovely.
      Also I love watching music graphically as on this piano roll method, you can see phrases coming and it delights me. Our modern notation is so spread out it’s hard to see the shape of the music on the page. If you look at old notation it’s much more cramped together and you can see the shape. It’s lovely.
      I used to make “practice tapes” for myself for learning Renaissance choral music, and I don’t play piano, but I could make these piano roll pieces on my computer as midi files. Great fun!
      I hear some wrong notes which perhaps you can tidy up in the software, move the notes to the right pitch?

    • @kim-tw4li
      @kim-tw4li Před 4 lety +2

      The song would loose an important part though.... it wouldn't sound as amazing.... besides only green would be too easy, like you said.

      3 years of 2 hour practice every single day. That would probably be the bare minimum to achieve the required technique. Next, you will have to spend another 6 months just to learn the music. Why? Because of the thirds, trills, and the fact this piece is 10 minutes long. Good luck.

    Looking at the way this has been arranged it's definitely not a baroque piece, i can't see any counterpoint, it's predominantly in a homophonic style.
