Good but I recommend using the directional terms like "superior, inferior, dorsal, ventral" etc. so students can also re-enforce those as well. It would just help everything tie together well.
Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else needs to find out about anatomy and physiology info try Laophiaa Cranial Blueprint (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my m8 got excellent success with it.
Wow so simple .I've watched two to three videos of more than 4 mins but they wern't of any help .Your video of 1:35 was very helpful .Thank u so much ❤
Mary Joy Orillo BSIT 1A Good day! THANKS FOR SHARING THIS IT IS INTERESTING And I learn more. It's important for you to remember the anatomical position, because that's the standard perspective everyone uses when talking about anatomy and the directional terms.
A med student here, in my anatomy reference they mentioned how horizontal and transverse planes are used interchangeably but don’t necessarily mean the same thing: in the book they separated the area between the toes and the beginning of the foot (vertically) and called it “transverse” and then separated the lower part of the foot from the upper part and called it “horizontal”. However in the leg they separated the superior and inferior parts and named it “horizontal and transverse plane”. If you understood what I was referring too can you please explain it since it confused me a lot...
Yeah I’m confused I just read that in my book too 🤷🏽♀️ The toes are separated and it’s color coded in my book but it’s colored the same as the Transverse plane(horizontal plane). Ughhhh anatomyy 😩 I was hoping someone put an answer. I’m going to research 🧐

Not sure but you can break down word roots. Axial refers to axis, which usually talks about the trunk of the body (Example: axial skeleton). So maybe a plane that cuts through the trunk of the body.
I'm not sure but ,if anyone else trying to find out human anatomy and physiology definition try Laophiaa Cranial Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my co-worker got great success with it.
