What i have gotten from the video is..i guess it is *chaipi* jo males ka collars,ban wagera ma dlta ha kpra khara khara rkhna ka lia..i guess she did it so that trouser stiffed rahai.
You need to cut the trousers piece first then the fusion process . This is how the articles are done in photoshoots to look more saturated . But it's a bit uncomfortable to wear 🙁
