Beautiful work!!!! If I was making this for outside use would you recommend using helium filled balloon or I can just blow the balloons up using the air pump
Thank you very much :) This stand is for indoor use. I use a different kind of stand for outdoor events. The wind is not our friend :) You can try to add extra weight (weights, the round fitness ones), this might work if not a windy day. Air filled is good :)

How do you measure the balloons to be the exact size?
The inflator I used was set to inflate the exact size I needed, except the bigger balloon. If you are using electric inflator without automatic timer you will need a balloon sizer. There are videos here on CZcams that show how to make a balloon sizer, I currently don't have one. If using a hand pump for the smaller balloons, inflate with 27 pumps of air.

how do you use the air pump for sizing? I have the pink one but know how to size it. By the way thanks for all you videos
I'm not sure if you would set it to the same time I did. I set it to 1.4. One of your switches will make the digital area light up when on, beside the digital window there should be 2 buttons, you can use those to set the time. Maybe I can still do a demo with mine, should be similar. With my blue one I inflate one balloon at a time, because it doesn't size them the same, grrrr. The pink one is more accurate, so maybe 2 can be done at the same time. One at a time works for me, but 2 at a time would be much better. Sorry for my book :)

When I make this one without the stand instead of using quads of 4 I use sets of 5, makes more stable.

I puchased the inflator.. it didn't come with instructions. ..so how did you figure out that setting it at 1.4 would blow the balloon up to 8.5 inches? I don't regret the purchase BUT i am so lost...help!
I don't understand why they don't put instructions. I figured out that size from using my sizer and kept adjusting the timer. I'm not sure if the new one would be the same setting for the same size. I am going to purchase the pink one, learn the size settings and create a video for it.
