Yes, it was a standard club level room. It was so nice!

I don't recall exactly, but probably around 5 or so in the evening.

Yes you would expect better service for the money that I spend to stay there, and both times were for my disabled wife's birthdays, obviously two different years, and we visit from the UK, both times deeply upsetting for her
Paul Tyson, that’s terrible! I’m autistic and doing research for how to visit while managing sensory overload. I’m so sorry your wife’s stay was ruined 😕 If you don’t mind sharing, what did they do? It’s alarming to think they are not accommodating to accessibility needs.
Are the tea and coffee free in the room
Not sure about every room category, but that was included in our room.
