southern beaches are good after october. mid of the year south and west beaches are rough. if you go to east then you could have calm beaches in mid of the year.

I assume the vegetable you ate is winged beans; which is considered as one of the highest percentage of iron containing vegetables in Sri Lanka.
Also, I really love the way you two presenting everything in a relaxed and in detail. After watching hundreds of Sri Lankan vlogs, I would say your one is one of the best! Keep your good work and always follow you.

@@dravisandanna winged beans are a rich source of protein, hence recommended for vegans too. can be consumed as curry, or a salad.
