Every C1 Unsportsmanlike Foul called at Eurobasket 2022 in one video.
- C1 - Contact with opponent and not legitimately attempting to directly play the ball within the spirit and intent of the rules.
Many are confirmed or upgraded with IRS by the referees.

I disagree on the 5:29, that was definitely hooking. A light contact on the off arm doesn't warant a call, offensive player forced/embellished it.

most of those seemed reasonable - with no play being made at the ball.
With this rule new rule now firmly in place within FIBA rules, you will see smart players with ball in hand, more and more try to draw these types of fouls however, by the way they position themselves and the ball when being fouled and through their own reactions to it … especially, dare I say, the Europeans (many having played or grown up around soccer) because they seem to exaggerate, cry and manipulate games and refs more than anywhere else in the world does… Not a criticism, but I don’t like seeing it, just an opinion from my own observations that European players of any sport do this more than anywhere else …

Wow this is a horrible rule. 99% of these are common fouls in the USA

If they call this in NBA we would see less fouls like that and more action and highlights. Players would stop making these fouls. Too many free throws in an nba game and too many intentional fouls by players to stop the flow and action. Would see much more highlights and dunks if they implemented U for fouls like these and the U3. Slows everything down and games are too long time.
