Marques imagine an Apple setup like this. MacAir+iPadAir+AirDisplay. We need a screenless MacBook Air with a matching iPadAir to snap to the base and use on the go. At home a 24inch monitor AirDisplay to connect the base via usbc. This would be my perfect setup and powerhouse. During upgrade in let's say 5 years time we would only need to exchange the MacAir - both displays would be perfectly fine for at least 15 years. When this happens I say that Apple went GREEN

Can someone explain how and why this multi-monitor possibility is both noteworthy and only just coming out now for the MacBooks?
Using external monitors on laptops is not a new feature at all so I’m struggling to understand why the old MacBooks didn’t support it.
It was one of the few steps backwards when they switched to Apple Silicon chips, they initially chose to sacrifice multi-monitor support to prioritize other functionality.

My phone and laptop are both 128gb😅 Never had issues with space on both. Everything stays on the cloud.
I get where they are coming from the MacBook Air. But most people who have them are people who are in school or use them with minimal use. The last thing I’m doing is trying to stress test a MacBook Air lol
Agreed. If i wanted graphical performance I would go with the Macbook Pro. Air is a great light workbook, and M1/2 are perfect.

I also read that they went back to the two nand chip config for the base model M3 MacBook Air. Can you guys confirm? That was the big drawback of the M2 with a single nand chip for the 256GB model.

Me. I use my phone for social media, calling, texting, and streaming music. Even with 70gigs of mp3s downloaded I’m at 110gbs.
Me i am at 46 gb of 256 so 128 would be usable. I have 7 apps including davinci resolve, 256 isnt as bad as people say.
Me. I am a heavy user in all sorts of workflows but have no need for major storage, especially on device.

You can tell MKB is a real Apple fanboy. While he was losing his ish about Apple buying Beats, Samsung was over there hooking up with PROFESSIONAL sound companies. And it's been a feature he's SERIOUSLY overlooked for Samsung providing the best sound quality for a mobile device.
I'm getting 24bit 46kbps audio with my Buds Pro2. And apparently the Snapdragon 8 gen 3 is absolutely capable of broadcasting full 24bit 92kbps and I would expect the Buds Pro3's to make that leap.
Meanwhile he's over there using ish sounding AirPods cause the "ecosystem".

AKG, Harman Kardon and Bang & Olufsen were absolutely high end audio companies in the past. Maybe don't talk about things that are clearly not your field.
Agreed. They can talk about basic audio, sure, it's still tech. But they (many mainstream CZcamsrs) also keep recommending things like the Sony WH-1000 series headphones by stating that they have good tech and sound very good. They have good tech, for sure! I like them a lot because of that, but the sound they produce is just bad (which can be said about 90% of mainstream/popular headphones, unfortunately). It just sounds very unrealistic and messy, but to most people who don't have a reference or understanding, it's great and I can't blame them for that and they probably don't care that much anyway. I like these CZcamsrs a lot but I take everything they say regarding audio with a grain of salt.
