    Palak & Mix Vegetable Sabji Recipe Ingredients
    2 1/2 cup water
    1 Tsp salt
    1 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
    11 to 12 Fansi chopped (Green Beans)
    1/4 cup Ful Gobi chopped (Cauliflower)
    4 Baby corn chopped
    1/4 cup Makai ke Dane (Frozen Corn)
    Cold water with Ice cube in bowl
    2 Big size Palak Bunch (Spinach)
    7 to 8 Hara Dhania Dandi ke sath (Green coriander leaves with stem)
    Cold water with Ice cube in Bowl
    2 to 3 Tbl sp oil
    1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
    1 Tbl sp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic)
    1 inch Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
    3 to 4 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli finely chopped)
    1 Medium Size Grated Onion
    1 small size Simla Mirch chopped (Capsicum)
    2 to 3 Tbl sp Frozen Matar (Green peas)
    1 Pinch Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
    1 Tsp Kitchen King Masala powder
    1 Tsp salt
    1/2 Tsp Punjabi Garam masala powder
    2 to 3 Tbl sp water
    3 Tbl sp Kaju powder (Cashew nut powder)
    2 Tbl sp Water
    1/2 cup Fresh Ghada Dahi(Fresh Hung Curd )
    50 Gram Paneer cube (Cottage cheese)
    1 Tbl sp Cream or Malai
    1/2 Tsp Kasuri Methi powder (Fenugreek leaves powder)
    1 Tbl sp Butter
    Serve with Roti, Puri,Paratha, Tandoori Roti, Tandoori Naan or Lacch Paratha
    Garnish with Grated Chees & Chilli flakes
