This alone doesn't "prove" evolution is true. However! It is one of countless instances for which common ancestry (in this case apes, including humans) is the *only* explanation that fits.
Actually it's ridiculous how tone deaf this video is on the current state of evolution in academia. It's essentially the flat earth of modern science, it's pseudo science. Encode project alone showed humans never evolved. Far less all the other evidence we have. Biologists have literally had world conferences to brainstorm a new theory to fully replace evolutionary theory because it doesn't work and that was almost a decade ago. Evolution is objectively nonsensical.
There is no common ancestry for humans, modern science has also revealed that with two independent biological dating methods. Y chromosome adam and mitochondrial eve data both date modern humans to around 10 000 years old. In other words we are not descended from the hominids that have been around 100-200 000 years. At every corner science has established the facts are counter to a naturalistic model.

yet modern science has proven common ancestry isn't real. there is no evolution, the documented mutation rate in all the species tested is too high to allow it. look up the encode project showing humans have 100 mutations per generation over 100 fold higher than the limit to allow evolution.
There is no evolution, studies have shown the mutation rate is too high in multiple species including humans. There is no common ancestry that's pseudo science.
