I’ve adjusted the gas spring lift all the way clockwise, and all the way counter clockwise. Neither allows the arm to move up or down. How to I fix this so the arm moves?

We're sorry the arm isn't moving! Do you have it installed to the wall with the TV mounted to the arm? If the arm isn't on the wall, it's very difficult to move even at minimum tension, and the weight of the TV also makes it easier.
