MU: Dragon Havoc Carnival of Glory 4th wing | what can I get with 700 draws in Carnival of Glory?

How many diamonds is needed in the second Carnival of Glory event to get level 4 wing? 600,000 diamonds (= 600 fairyland keys). I made 700 draws in this event. Let’s see what I get.
