If Mantas own passive is this good against Aquaman, can you try manta with raven against aqua man just for the sake of crazy damage?
Yes that would work, if you have a good black manta fighting any aquaman boss with him is a good idea, and raven would make manta so much stronger👍

Guys does the scorpion's dot damage scale with his own states only or it can get increased with Raiden's damage
It depends on both, scorpions CAD and CAC and raiden's damage buff

But with that characters? It doesn’t provide a damage boost. If it on the damage dealer or the support character?
@@kevinjohnson1669 you dont need damage boost if you use jsgl + cww with bwtd. And cape will also give you passive stats too
