It was probably one of the most stressful times in my life. It's been nearly 4.5 years since it happened and I'm glad to say Darcy hasn't had any lasting effects from it.

It's not an event I would like to go through again. I count my blessings every day I wake up now with Darcy by my side because I've almost lost him twice through illness.
