How to conquer any costume project like a pro

  • In project management in general, whatever the project, there are five phases: Conceptualize, Plan, Execute, Monitor, & Deliver-these apply to every costume and every show.
    In this video, with these phases in mind, I'll show you how I project labor hours for my workload on a recent theatre production. I'll explain the factors to consider, how to accommodate change, and how to adjust projections when costumes are added or cut.
    Although this example is costumes for theatre, the same method can be used for creating costumes for an event, convention, or client.
