Hi, I am trying outer join in MySQL. I have used combination of left and right join to solve outer join issue. But it is not giving same output as yours's. Please help me in understanding issue. select * from table_1 left join table_2 on table_1.a=table_2.b union select * from table_1 right join table_2 on table_1.a=table_2.b;
hey we are using UNION clause here which eliminates duplicates so thats why we are not seeing the duplicates values here and mysql doesn't support full join we mimic it with union
