- Buying and brining home the new bull to serve the cows in a few months, hes a belter
My name is Crawford and I’m a farmer.
Being a farmer is more than a job; it’s a way of life. The good days can involve bringing new life onto the farm or sunny days outdoors whilst on others it's dealing with machinery breakdowns and on the worst days, sometimes animal deaths.
Farming can be isolating at times - away from the busy streets and city life - so this platform brings you closer to the inner workings showing the highs and lows and everything in between.
I hope to bring some context to how the food ends up on your plate, from your Sunday roasts to morning porridge and even the tulips on your kitchen table. Hopefully a bit of agricultural education along the way.
This video captures the latest goings on including crop management and our efforts to increase sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.

Came across your channel a few weeks ago and has been brilliant content. Dropped in past on Friday on the way down to a wedding to get a cuppae and a bite to eat at the farm shop
Keep up the good work 👍🏾
Hope you enjoyed
Give me the angus every day, Charolais beef is inedible, it's all they raise around here.
👀
For now I'll call them "Salt" and "Pepper". I can't pick a fav until I see a calf or two. They both look good for now. Good video. Pax.
I like it
Euro looks a nice bull. We always found the Angus noisy bulls, always shouting across the fields to other bulls.
Percy is my favourite
Beautiful bull
Nice BULLY you have there.👍👍👍Thanks for sharing
Cheers
The older one 😂😂❤❤
i love them as a pet i never hurt them
They're both so handsome- it's hard to pick a favorite!
👌🏽
Good looking bull. Temperament of Percy appears good. Euro looked to handle well. Time will tell. If they get lively, shed may be demolished sooner!
Thats a point, speed up progress
Hi Crawford, The Money Man is my choice, I like an Angus !!
👌🏽
Good looking new bull do like a AA
Cheers
The new bull has a lovely long body on him, he’s quite a big lad for an Angus, I worked on a farm in Shropshire back in the day, they had 250 Angus cows plus followers, that use to keep me busy, Percy still my favourite 🤩👍🏻👍🏻
Yeh a bit podgy at the moment
Definitely Percy he’s so tame and chilled out but in fairness the new one doesn’t seem bad either
Hopefully hes the same
Another guid video 👍
Cheers
Bull looks nice. Quiet too. I love Blondes 😇
Hopefully performs
Great video Crawford euro is a fine bull
Cheers time will tell
Nice new bull you got there, canny flanks on him. Percy's a legend....... But Euro could be the young pretender, looks like a contender!
Time will tell
Got to be the Charolais for me
Two great looking bull's 👌 👏 I've started watching after Olly Harrison called in to see you I'm enjoying your videos keep up the good work 👍
👌🏽 cheers
Very nice bull like the Angus hope he settles in well like both bulls though 👍
👍🏼
Euro has the BEST face! Broad, nice nostrils. Great consistency of color and musculature. :D Can't wait to see them babies!
👌🏽
Was up there as well , we brought 3 Angus bulls and took them down to Exmoor. Good luck with him👍
You too 👍🏼
Two fine looking Bulls you have . Percy always been around since I have started following the channel if no scrapping and they do the biz with the ladies all well and good
👌🏽
Too new to the channel to know what Percy is like. But both of them are beautiful bulls! Can’t wait to see both of them in future videos! 😊

Looks a cracking beast good leg in each corner
👌🏽
The money man all the way. I have a big Aengus bull he is easy to handle and easy to calf.
👌🏽
He looks a fine animal. It’ll be good to see what his calves are like. We had an Angus at one stage we then tried a saler.
👌🏽
Percy ,great video 🐄🐄🚜
👌🏽
I was in at the market for a look that day on the way past, never saw you. Good looking bull though, time will tell who produces the best calves, and you will be hoping most of them pop out the same way the first 2 did 👍 having them calve like that is far better for you and far better for the coo 🙂
Hopefully
Passed 5K subscribers Craw well done 👍🍺💪
Another great video
Cheers Dave
Good looking pair of bulls. Got a soft spot for Percy as we have got to know him but with my business head, hope Euro is the money maker you are looking for
Hope
So too
Percy👍
👌🏽
Farm I use to work for got the world record for bull sold. Was over £100k for a charolais bull. They took all there bulls to the Scottish sales.
😅
Great video again. Good looking bull tho 👍
Cheers
Nice looking Bull mate. Be nice to see if he has the Bollocks to back it up. That other made some money. Was it made of gold ? PMSL
😅 might as well be
They both look good but the proof will be when the calves are produced so 🤞🐃 let’s wait and see!
Very true
Angus bull
Euro looks the man at the moment but he has been done up 🤷♂️ see what they both look like in 6 months time. And it depends if you need the site for the new one. It looks like it will still have its uses for a bit…
Plan to renew
Money man looks the job
Euro the money man

Good video, never went up to the bull sales this year but watched some of the livestream and the Angus bulls seemed quite easy bought. Really enjoy the channel, live about an hour and a half South of you so it's great seeing the same grain lorry's and our usual market etc. Quick question, how's the jcb telehandler been? You seem to use it an awful lot so just thought it would be good to see how it's been
Cheers Dan, personally love it. No serious issues (touch wood please dan) and hydraulic speed & control is top notch
@@CrawfordsFarm1 cheers

I like the Angus, but I think he’s a bit stroppy,
No favourites until he proves himself with the ladies, then you can call him the money man
👌🏽
Chep pallets, pronounced like Shep
Great video, both nice bulls but Percy wins for me . How many euros did euro the bull cost ? That extra load of oil seed rape should pay for the bull .. thanks
There was an Aberdeen Angus Bull that was sold from the property where my Mother in law lives now that was sold in 1958 for 8,500 Guineas which in todays money would be £ 285,000.
So bulls are cheaper now in real terms if that makes you feel better. 🤔
😅
38k 😵💫🤣 must've been a belter. Certainly couldn't get that kinda money for my pecker anyway 😆 you'll get some good content out of the old shed being flattened etc. Favourite would have to be Percy. Always thought charolais are braw with their curls, money man is a brute though both fine lookin young men !
🤣🤣🤣
money man
May I ask why Angus instead of limousin or charolais?
Marketability via butchery, easier calfs on heifers
Have Frankie and Rachel had lambs yet
Not yet
Once you go black.....
its a draw with those bulls
👌🏽
