how much of a difference does San Marzano make for Italian cuisine in general?
@@lemurianchick San Marzano is a region in Italy. Grown in the rich volcanic soil in the shadow of Mt. Vesuvius, they are thinner and more pointed, with a sweeter and thicker flesh that has fewer seeds and less water content. They even have a certification for tomatoes grown there.
