Went to a Traeger Shop class in Salt Lake and they had a bread pudding that is the best one I’ve had

It wasn’t cheap was well worth the 100 dollars per person. 5 hrs of great tip on cooking different meats. Plus you get fed and discount at the in-house store that night. When I went they were just coming out with the timberline.
