If your heart is broken , you will experience anxiety depression and pain. Trust Allah, Allah will heal your heart read zikir , take one day at a time, slowly you will get better, eat healthy food. The major root causes of depression deferred but the most one that I know is detachment from ALLAAH and then from our higher selves, talking from an experience, at times we might think we're conscious of ALLAAH but ALLAAH wants the real bonding with HIM, HE will now bring this challenge to us, so that we can come back to HIM. WALLAAHI, the experiences we are going through are for our own benefits. Keep yourself busy with prayers/ QUR'AN recitation/ walk/ yoga etc.) dont stay at home, I was in the same situation you are now,what changed me? Few days before RAMADAN I got depressed,ALLAH (SWT) helped me by reading his book , I used to recite but during Ramadan I started reciting 1-2 paras a day.I am a changed person now. Listen to YASIR QADHI'S LECTURES about depression, just google it. I'm in Karachi where do you live?
SubhanAllah!! I want to share something that my beloved Grandfather and Chachu both passed away in a span of one and a half year. They were my whole childhood. Now i am struggling with sadness, anxiety, fear and helplessness. Allah SWT is helping me but my relatives are making things so difficult. They are always discussing property and how to distribute it. I get so disturbed by all of this. They are getting on my nerves all the time. Please pray for our good health, long life and happiness which we are in need of 🙏

Yes, I heard that as well about Ramadan. I literally can't believe this is happening. I haven't been able to function right since oct 7th. I'm 54 years old and it's only truly dawning on me now the level of injustice that's in the world hiding in plain sight all around us. Life truly is a test but we have to keep pushing forward in any little way we can. There are a lot of good people out their doing good work on this issue too. I so much want to see the bombs and guns stop and food and medicine get in. I just keep thinking that nothing lasts forever and this too shall pass.
It's not easy Since the beginning of this year I am going through trauma, life altering situation It changed my whole personality I am giving my 100% and gaining nothing but frustration Since Feb I had a major surgery it took 4 hours I feel like it took my positivity with it I only cry now

Nothing stays forever, change will come ,insha ALLAH
It is very difficult to go through pain and hold on our Imaan .but it has to be a conscious efforts now because situations are very scary . depressed, anxious about illness and not having children.
I am going through the toughest time of my life, in every aspect. I recently failed to secure a job I wanted the most but I put my faith in Allah and trust that this is a way of Him to show love towards me by testing me.
