So I was looking for something like this because I broke my shoulder and I still have to walk my dog on a leash. I can't hold an umbrella and the leash at the same time since I can only use one arm.
Sounds like it may work except that I will need someone to help me put it on my head.

My only suggestion might be to get the one with the chin strap. I bought another one with the strap. In wind, it tends to want to fly away but the chin strap helps a lot! Hope that helps!
