This is a version especially written by Disney as a show in Hollywood Studios at Walt Disney World. The changes and cuts they made were necessary to keep the show under its time limit. Secondly, these performers most likely aren’t professional actors/singers (or at least not at the level that Broadway performers are) but they are better than every high school production of Beauty and the Beast I have seen, so try looking at them from that perspective.
