@@syednaqvi6242 sir simply eat lots of fruits and veggies if u r not diabetic... avoid red meat...coffee is also good for fatty liver but only take if u haven't high bp.... If possible u should make your own triphala powder( triphala means combination of 3 fruits in hindi) that is badi harad 100 gm, behda 200 gm, 300 gram dry amla...grind them very fine and sift it...take empty stomach with luke warm water and before bed at night...trust me aazmae hui cheez hai... I hope u will surely get in LAHORE ❣️

First of all, doctors are NOT trained nutritionists. In fact in their medical course there is very limited course material about nutrition, so unless a doctor has done additional courses in nutrition Or out of personal interest done a lot of research and study on nutrition, there's no point in asking a doctor about supplements and nutrition. He/she would have no idea and will try to be on the safe side by saying No to everything.

Are u nuts? Doctors have way more knowledge about nutrition than chapri fitness influencers selling scam of protein supplements. Protein supplement is not required by even a single person on this planet. RDA of protein is just 0.8 grams of protein per KG of body weight. Even poorest person can eat this much protein in a day

I have tried Naturaltein, Muscleblaze, Nutrabox, all purchased from their official website. All were rubbish. Same side effects from all of them. I consulted a dermatologist and many other people with same side effects, it’s because whey protein raises IGF 1 to very high levels which also accelerates sebum production and such high IGF 1 levels are dangerous for the human body when consumed for a long period of time. Protein supplements are very new. There is literally no one who has been consuming protein supplements from 30 years or more duration. Gym bros are lab rats and protein supplements are being tested on them

Agar nutrition ke baare me thodi bhi akal hoti to pata hota ki Sattu whole food hai aur protein supplement ek processed food hai. Any whole food is a thousand times better than any processed food. Protein content does not matter. Processing kitni hui hai is se sabse zyada fark padta hai. Aur whey protein ki had se zyada processing ki jaati hai
