What they are missing is that ego is fine, but narcissism is a different animal altogether. A narcissist thinks that they are the only one with the right answer. It doesn't matter the question or situation; they alone have the right answer.
Now, this behavior in a social situation is uncomfortable or cringe worthy, but no one gets hurt. Lives aren't at stake. But when that person is sitting behind the Resolute desk, it matters. No one in that position has all of the answers, so they need to rely on people who have experience in whatever matter is at stake. The narcissist won't listen to people who actually know what they are talking about and will likely make bad decisions, costing people money, time, or their lives.

Everyday since trump left office I wonder and hope and pray David can do a show without bringing up SOMETHING about the orange leader. David if you happen to read this know Iâm a huge fan and daily listener. Iâm very tired of hearing about trump. Itâs rarely ever anything worth while.
