Court orders removal of homeless near Green Point tennis court

The Western Cape High Court has ordered that over 30 homeless people
living near the Green Point tennis court pack up and leave by 31
January.
The ruling further interdicts any unlawful occupation of the City of
Cape Town's public spaces.
