    I’m a generic American from southwestern Virginia, known as a hillbilly over here, and I understand you perfectly! Eff the complainers. Great video. I like the proofing box. I was able to room temp ferment my sourdough balls, 350g for 14” pies, easily. I don’t like how the little lip of the temp gauge can press into a ball. I agree with you that it would be nice if we could individually separate the pockets for easier release. Maybe Gozney will include that in the more expensive redesign they’ll come out with in a year lmao. 😂

    I agree with you. I wish they had separated each of the dough wells so you could remove dough balls one at a time. I currently use Pyrex glass bowls and a rubber spatula, but I think these would work better based on the concave shape of the wells.

    Hey thanks for the great review! Only one I've found on this, and covered everything I'm interested in! I'm wondering if once dough is ready, i could take out the inner tray, put the plastic tray on top and flip to get them all out?

    My first thought was to have individual sections. What’s the advantage of the vacuumed seal?

    What would you say are the biggest dough balls you could fit? I’m assuming this is meant for 250’ish gram balls

    great video stopped me buying dough box and will buy one of these instead, they are $84.95 AUD for this one in Australia vs $81.00 for one dough box with lid

    Hey! I'd like to see how you extract those balls into the table :) I've been using something similar and couldn't achieve perfect round pizza in the end of the day. Thanks!

    I don't know why people are having trouble understanding you. You speak very clearly. Great review on the box! I think I'll pass on this one. Like you said, if it was a little cheaper maybe it would be worth it.

    Hi pal, great video. You reckon i could fit dough of 280g? I do fancy the tray looks great and easy to use apart from the fact that it's not dishwasher safe. Would the silicone alone be dishwasher safe? Also, i saw your video for the pizza cutter and notice that your black pizza cutting board had a crazy amount of white lines from the cutting pizzas i assumed. Would you still recommend it? It looks great but for the price i would expect that to be intact for years. Thankyou
