Click Clack was originally intended for Kendrick Lamar’s 2011 project, “Section.80” but for some reason was scraped. The song was leaked in 2023.

this is soo early 2010s. Them piano keys in every Bruno song back then: nothin on you , just the way you are. This song sounds like something Lupe would be incredible on. Had this released back then with ft kendirck and Lupe it would’ve been a massive hit with easily over 1B by now

Atlantic forced Nothing on You and Airplanes on Lupe and his versions got leaked years ago. Atlantic (business wise) was genius for their approach with rap back then but artistically it was very rough. This particular track was meant for Diggy Simmons and he’s the other voice on the chorus of this version. Not sure why it never officially got released.

This version is 100% authentic. The song was indeed originally recorded with Diggy Simmons- his voice can still be heard in the hook- though it was interpolated and repurposed for Kendrick, however he never ended up releasing his version officially. Both versions were recorded within a month of each other in the summer of 2011. Thank you for your comment!

The source I got this from is the same source I’ve gotten all of my previous Kendrick content from (FSMH pt. 3, Mona Lisa, DAMN. demos, etc.). It has been a very reliable source for me for years. There isn’t much information on it since it was a leak, besides it was group bought and the recording/leak date.
