Dear ma’am , this surgery is most difficult to detect on any machine . For small spectacle powers , even on topography it may not be detected .

For Contra vision and API contra (smart surf) usually suggested machine is Alcon wavelight ex 500. AIIMS delhi is also using alcon's machine. But you are staying that this machine is best... Sir how it is possible ????????
You can head over to my other video which is contoura vs SmartLASIK. As regards to AIIMS , I hve spent 5 years on the wave light machine there . I’ve done my whole training learning everything about that machine , even more than what any manual or technical assistants of the company can tell .
The topolyzer vario has a much less success rate in iris capture , it is very difficult to capture >95% surface area due to brow shadows and this leads to >50% patients getting a wavefront optimised treatment instead of a topo guided one .
Schwind has the most advanced tracker which tracks eye movements AS WELL AS HEAD MOVEMENTS in all 3 axes at the highest repetition rate (ex500 does not ) . Moreover, Schwind introduced topography guided treatments way back in 2006 . When wave light was not even on the horizon .
Wave light after being taken over by Alcon , started marketing topo guided treatment as something to be done for all patients ,even in corneas which don’t hve significant higher order aberrations . Without even analysing whether doing an aberration correction could actually make them worse in cases where internal aberrations and corneal aberrations are cancelling each other out .
You can further know the details in my video but there is no solid evidence to “usually suggested machine” .
As far as AIIMS having Alcon machine goes , we also hve Zeiss Mel 90 there and we do topoguided treatments in either . Who knows when AIIMS decides to upgrade to Schwind Amaris RS1050 ( world’s fastest excimer )
