I'm a recent subscriber and I'm really enjoying watching father and son working together in the shop. I also enjoyed watching your interview with Derek from VGG. I have two grown daughters that never showed interest in my old car hobby. You're a lucky man!
Oi, buy a few cameras and make and edit one single episode of them helping each other do an oil change. You can tell them what to do while it's going. Edit out your part, have them explain what ther're doing close as possible to how you explain it. Post it, and boom! Before too long they'll be rebuilding a transmission. Bet bro! That'll get them interested and give y'all a lifetime of memories!
I don’t think my dad thought I was paying attention but I watched his every move and learned a lot and just as you I use that knowledge almost every day. Keep working on that old truck , very cool and worth every minute of time together.
I would love to have a shop like that...a hot plate, microwave, bathroom and cot...Man Cave! I enjoy watching the two of you work together...that Hood looks awful...the rest not bad.
Jack will be proud to drive this truck, with all the work he has put into it! Suggestion: paint the rear farm bumper with satin black rust enamel, sand and paint the hood the same. Will cut reflection when driving and tie the paint scheme together .
I love your channel. I was 11 when my stepdad got me into working on cars. When i see jack working on cars it reminds me of me. I lost my stepdad in 2002
Y'all did an awesome job installing the trim. The truck is looking great. Woody says when we gonna take it out for a spin. GOD BLESS Y'ALL. MERRY CHRISTMAS
I fell the 4 the July going in my front door on brand new hardwood floors. I slid on a small rug!!! I spiral fractured my fibula and broke my 4th metatarsal. It was hard watching you in that boot knowing just how much mobility it has cost me. That boot isn’t our friend yet it is!!! I’m still going to physical therapy and will for quite some time moving forward. I’m sending you prayers for an out come much better than mine. You’re a great Dad and role model for your boys! Soon you’ll be back on your feet. It’s a tuff road. Gods Blessings for a speedy recovery. Merry Christmas to your beautiful family!!❤🙏🏼
HI JACK AND DAD!!!! WOW,,.. MY SON MAX 8 AND I LOVE YOUR TRUCK AND THE GREAT WORK THAT YOU DO ON ALL YOUR VIDEOS ,, GREAT WOODY IS SMART WE WOULD LIKE TOOO!! GO FOR A RIDE TO ...MORE VIDEOS SOON ,, ??? HOPE YOUR FOOT WILL BE BETTER SOON DAD!! HAPPY HOLIDAY!!!!
Excellent interview with Derek. Glad to see you guys doing so well. The trim looks like it belongs on that truck. Beat and battered, just like the truck. Fantastic job you two.
Truck came out amazing for just buffing it out, like you said except the hood, which compared to the rest of the truck yea looks a little ruff but I’d leave it as is and throw a clear over it, I’m wound wrong if that’s a stock color from back in the day, if so maybe look up the rattle can paint match and spray it like that. If not like I said I’d just leave as is. Happy holidays to you and your family.
Nice job showing the installation process. Thanks so much for doing this. I'm pretty mechanically minded, but I was a bit confused as to how this went together. Taking it apart was easy !😄 I had purchased all new beltline and rocker moldings for my '71 highboy, which is going to stay patina, in gloss, but this new trim will really make it pop!
I’ve seen your short videos on here and I love that such a young kid is so excited and happy and willing to work on these older vehicles! Keep up the good work guys I love the content! And your son is so enthusiastic!
Always nice to see father & son together awesome to see them work together. So proud of Jack learning from his dad and doing work on his own . Keep up the great work you have done . I give you 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Hiya from 🇬🇧 the uk,love your vids, you must be so proud of Jack he is one cool customer! There is no substitute for hands on experience.Im a motorcycle mechanic and you can just see the talent! Keep the content coming.Will.
These videos remind me of when I was younger working on projects with my father and we weren’t on a cool farm and had cars to work on my father and I would always work on our home and rentals my father had and some small businesses but he always taught me things and how to problem solve and just be a hands on at the time sure some days I hated the work but now that I’m older I’m so thankful my father showed me all that stuff because I can work and problem solve in my life now and figure out how things work and fix things around. It’s great seeing you teach your son and have projects he can learn from yes things will be annoying sometimes but it’ll be worth it.
You guys are almost to a million subscribers!!!!! That is so awesome!!! Congratulations to the whole speed bump family, including Woody!!!! I love that dog!!!!!
I too am a new subscriber. Watching you and your son working together on this Ford brought back memories of me and my son, Robert, working on a Dodge M 880 military commo vehicle and restoring it. That was a great time. Nice job on the trim job!
You've got that truck looking so much better!! I'll be curious to see if you don't pop that hood off in the near future and do a little prep on it and shoot it to match the truck. I get the impression you're already wanting to.
This really kills my heartrate, Jake. I never had those ever again. Above the trim, uh? After the dentist, the barber was my favorite hang out. I don't know. Namastè.
I see your still sporting the fancy plastic boot, hope it heals quickly. My 67 F100 had no trim. My dad bought it new on a "white sale" all the salesmen had white shirts and hats. All the F100ks and Fairlanes were white with no radio, power steering, floor mats or trim, basic fleet vehicles. Has the 352 FE 2 barrel 4speed twin I beam suspension, which is designed to work with bias ply tires. Radials don't flex as well. Still runs & drives but the disk brakes don't stop as well as new vehicles with disks.
That is the future Jack Mobile! Great job. I've used the buffing compound before. Then used a sealer, and then waxed. But the brillo pad on some of the spots looks like a tip.
Another great video. I enjoy watching you and Jack work together on different projects. I think it’s great father and son. I have a bit of concern about Jack being on his knees on the concrete when he gets older he’s going to have a lot of knee problems you need to get him some kneepadsor something to Neilon that will soften the pressure on his knees now at his age, it won’t bother him much, but as he gets older, he will have a lot of trouble with it 😊
The two of you are making great memories. Jack is so smart for his age, thanks to his daddy. Love watching your videos. God bless you and Merry Christmas to all of you
Good video guys keep up the good videos. I watch them all the time here in Pennsylvania. Be safe. God bless to you and your family. Ken from Pennsylvania PS have a happy and safe holiday.
The trim looks fantastic. Can't believe the difference it makes. I personally would paint the hood black or with the rust paint until I found a new one I could paint or leave it that way. Maybe paint the rear bumper the same color so there is a match. You were right though it sure sticks out a lot more with the changes to the truck where as before you started polishing the hood wasn't that noticeable. Either way it's a really cool truck.
Love love videos Kent, love how you include the boys that’s awesome unfortunately you don’t see much of that out here in southern Cali. Say I’m sure this is a long shot. And I know your busy so doubt I’ll get a response, but I have a question what’s the site name you use for certain parts at times when you need them? Like oem parts I think you mentioned it before on a video but I can’t remember which one it was so I figured I’d ask you on here . Merry Christmas too you and the family and a happy new years as well stay blessed and stay healthy, sending love from southern Cali
I don't know if anybody's noticed but look at all those green trucks somebody likes. Green I repainted my 63 Ford falcon 4 years ago and still had put the trim back on but watching this looks easy
fair play to your son i watched the interview you did with vice grip and been watching his videos since, me and my son are from the uk and when my son was born he had a cleft pallate i went through a lot of shit to get him to where he is now, my lad is 14 aswell but when you lad said excuse if i sound weird it reminded me of when my lad had repair when he was 11, keep it up kidda
Looks good. Maybe rattle can the hood flat black and put a big Speed Bump Garage decal on it or paint some kind of USA theme on it. 🤷🏻♂️ God bless 🙏🏼🇺🇸🇮🇱
Loving it ! You guys make a great father and son team ! Trying to think of a way to jazz up the hood .. maybe paint it the same white as the rims and find a cool decal or custom paint job in chrome and complimentary green for it ?
I love watching your son work on the cars! I raised my son the same way. I just moved to the OKC area and I might want to look through your old hub caps you bought to buy some you don't want that I need!. Let me know how to contact you!

Jacks a lucky kid! You're teaching him a lot and you're building a great relationship, bonus for you too & the memories he won't soon forget!!
You and your som remind me of my Dad and me when I was growing up 50 years ago. He taught me alot that I use to this day.
I don’t think my dad thought I was paying attention but I watched his every move and learned a lot and just as you I use that knowledge almost every day. Keep working on that old truck , very cool and worth every minute of time together.
Looks great. Love how you and Jack work together. You are a good dad❤

Excellent interview with Derek. Glad to see you guys doing so well.
The trim looks like it belongs on that truck. Beat and battered, just like the truck. Fantastic job you two.
I learned to drive a stick in an old truck just like that one. Thanks for showing that one some 😍
Yeah..a long video. Good to see you Kent and Jack. That truck looks great. Take care. Love to all. Merry Christmas ❤

You're absolutely correct, that hood now sticks out like a sore 👍. Nicely done, happy new year 👍

Nice job Kent and Joe. The trim looks good on that old farm truck.

I don't know if anybody's noticed but look at all those green trucks somebody likes. Green I repainted my 63 Ford falcon 4 years ago and still had put the trim back on but watching this looks easy
Very impressed! Thank you for showing us!!
I have a short bed 1971 f 100 seems like the paint comes off the hood first . jack is doing a great job wrenchlng.
I had a 1970 F100 Ranger that miraculously had all the trim but it also had a passenger side mirror
fair play to your son i watched the interview you did with vice grip and been watching his videos since, me and my son are from the uk and when my son was born he had a cleft pallate i went through a lot of shit to get him to where he is now, my lad is 14 aswell but when you lad said excuse if i sound weird it reminded me of when my lad had repair when he was 11, keep it up kidda
I have a1970 F 100,and I straightened and buffed the trim .
Looks good. Maybe rattle can the hood flat black and put a big Speed Bump Garage decal on it or paint some kind of USA theme on it. 🤷🏻♂️
God bless 🙏🏼🇺🇸🇮🇱
I love this truck!
Hi merry Christmas and happy new year to you and jack❤❤❤❤
Loving it ! You guys make a great father and son team ! Trying to think of a way to jazz up the hood .. maybe paint it the same white as the rims and find a cool decal or custom paint job in chrome and complimentary green for it ?
11:22 nice one Jack! :)

I have watched every single ranchero episode and I am INSPIRED to help my dad work on our 1967 Ford mustang PLEASE MAKE A VIDEO ABOUT THIS COMMENT❤.
Wow I haven't been buy in a while and this channel has blown up really cool congrats
Looking good!
your videos dont dissapoint hoping for a good video here
edit: almost done with video and its just a side trim install so nothing crazy 👍
I like the raised white letter tires.
A heat gun on the paint to soften it a bit and you could work a lot of the dents out...
freaken awsome it didnt cost a whole lotta moula mostly labor
If you can’t find your safety glasses, safety squints are a good substitute! 😂
Another amazing video y'all!! Happy holidays! Blessings!
I love these videos they’re kinda satisfying
Nice looking old truck.. I think it looks better with no trim down sides.
Love all your vids
Hey Kent and Jack,
the Truck looks "Dang Good"!
Merry Christmas to you and you and the family 🎄🌟🎅🤶🧑🎄🎁.
JO JO IN VT 💞
The front clip on the bedside is accessible through the access hole in the bed.

Did you ever let Woody out of the truck? As always I love seeing you two work together on these projects. Jack, you are Awesome!
I love watching your son work on the cars! I raised my son the same way. I just moved to the OKC area and I might want to look through your old hub caps you bought to buy some you don't want that I need!. Let me know how to contact you!
It looks really good, I think I would have just used a tube of Gripfill and a few self tapers but I don't think it would look as nice.😅
Great stuff love the truck!!
Great work!!! Thanks for the new video!!!
