I walk with authority and confidence because I was created from love, for love, to love. I was created on purpose for His purpose. I know my role and to know your role, you have to know who God is, His purpose for your life, you have to have a relationship with Him, you have to spend time with Him, you have to study His Word, you have to apply His Word daily in your life, and all can be possible when you learn to surrender. Give Jesus complete control in every area of your life, you decrease and allow the Holy Spirit to increase in you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Walk in your identity.

Hey have you obeyed the gospel of Jesus Christ?
Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Acts 2:38
The name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost is Jesus Christ.
He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved, he that believeth not shall be damned.
Jesus commanded the apostles to preach repentance and remission of sins in His name beginning at Jerusalem, and to wait for the promise of the Father in Jerusalem.
Luke 24:
46And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
47And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
48And ye are witnesses of these things.
49And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
On the day of Pentecost, they received the promise of the Father.
And Peter preached the gospel to them, and preached repentance and remission of sins,
repent, and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,
and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost
matthew 28 says to go teach all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
This is the fulfillment of that, the name, the only name. Is Jesus Christ.
This is why every baptism was done in the name of Jesus Christ.
Acts 22:
12 And one Ananias, a devout man according to the law, having a good report of all the Jews which dwelt there,
13 Came unto me, and stood, and said unto me, Brother Saul, receive thy sight. And the same hour I looked up upon him.
14 And he said, The God of our fathers hath chosen thee, that thou shouldest know his will, and see that Just One, and shouldest hear the voice of his mouth.
15 For thou shalt be his witness unto all men of what thou hast seen and heard.
16 And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord

I shared this great sermon with my oldest daughter who is contemplating getting a BBL surgical procedure. All her life she has struggled with feeling she is not pretty enough, why am I dark skin & this sibling & that sibling light skin. I pray for my daughters happiness daily. I heard this sermon & immediately I knew I had to share this with her. Now I pray she will listen to this word & receive it in Jesus precious name. I pray she will know her role. I thank the Lord for Bishop Jakes & his wisdom!!!

Praise God for this message! I have been talking to God because I feel that I should be doing more and be further in life. When you said that you’re 50 it pierced because Tuesday I’ll be 50. This Word has really ministered to me. I truly believe God has allowed you to minister to my spirit because every time I tune in to a sermon whether it’s recent or many years ago, it’s always a right now word for me! God’s continued blessings be upon you and your ministry and your family!
I too am a wife and the mother of 7. I learned my role was right in front of me, wife and mother. I have embraced this role when others thought I was wasting my education or looking for me to do more. My husband benefited from a wife who learned to rely on God in such a way that gave him room to grow in Him. We now have 6 of the 7 children who are college graduates or in college. (The youngest is a senior in high school.) Some are married and parents of their own. (Those that are mothers are embrassing their roles of wife and mother) The children have benefited from a mom who was there for them and taught them to be their best and settled for nothing less. They were taught to know and have a relationship with God which they are continuing to grow in. I have benefited from knowing God on a much deeper level that I ever could have known and have seen Him be a Way maker, Miracle Work, Provider, and I know that I'm the one that He loves. Your role is powerful and important. Let God strengthen you and give you peace in your heart to know that you are also The one that Jesus loves. 😍

Great message. I have struggled with my identity throughout my childhood. Then as an adult wanting to be something that I'm not trying to fit in. From working in a laboratory. Then bachelor's degree teaching, hating the job. On to healthcare administration major with finishing a doctorate but have always preferred working with patients. Lost on a freeway. Of always trying to find myself.

Wow what a word? I was having a conversation with someone this morning and how some people love so much power. I like working in my lane but its always someone trying to undermine every day. However I get frustrated and annoyed that I am not good enough.
♥️♥️♥️ awesome word today Pastor Jake's. I believe and receive God's word in my heart in my mind and in my soul that I am who God says I am. And I am a new creation in Christ Jesus Christ in me the hope of Glory Hallelujah. And I know that because Christ lives in me I can do all things and all things are possible he created me to give him glory and honor Hallelujah I praise him with all that is within me in the light of his love that shines down in me I share with others to draw them closer to Christ Jesus to God Who is the savior of the world. I know my role and that is whatever God has called me to be in this life for him. Because he is made me righteous fearfully and wonderfully thank you God hallelujah. And I thank God for the wonderful gifts and talents that he has given me to sing and write beautiful music to share with the whole world. The love of God in Christ Jesus is the message he is the only way truth and life and the light that lights the pathway of my life. He orders my steps everyday and his goodness and mercy follows me His Holy Spirit goes before me and leads me and guides me. This love Walk With Jesus is amazing true repentance transformation and restoration is priceless. What Jesus did under this New Covenant of Grace is amazing. And the personal relationship that I have with him grows stronger and stronger with each day . I finally understand why the song is named Amazing Grace because I was blind but thank God now I see Hallelujah. This is the Lord's doing and it is marvelous in our eyes.
What a Rhema word. I am a minister/leader and yet I have struggled in some of these areas. This message was so encouraging. The Lord seems to use your messages to hit my heart at just the right time. Thank you for obeying.
