Welcome to the party legend! It’s a pleasure to have you. Iconic being in the US and me being in Australia makes it a bit expensive to import. I’ll definitely be doing more though! Check out some of the other big mystery box openings we have some awesome Aussie brands!

Haha thanks legend! There have been some crazy ones pulled from these boxes I’ve seen, but generally you’ll get more lower value Slabs then big hits.

Nothing crazy that’s for sure. Was hoping out of ten to snag a nice PSA 10 but not lucky enough this time.
Error cards can get 10s with CGC! it's rare to see, but errors that don't negatively affect corners, surface, etc like misaligned print layers can get 10s!
Yeh you are correct! I worked that out soon after posting. OC won’t grade above a 9 but square cut can get a 10. I was surprised.

I was looking at these boxes. My guess is Lt. Surge's Electabuzz lv.28. Oh that's a cool looking graded card. oh yeah I have seen that before psa on cgc slab. AH Celebi Love this! aah. Big fan of Celebi. Vintage card with a swirl. I like that you are opening it on the bottom of the box, lots of people open on the top and it's good to mix it up. that's a cool error card. call of legends was the first old pack that I bought. The top graded card for me would be the celebi. I liked this. Thanks so much!

That CGC slab has only just been put into a PSA slab sleeve to protect it. I have actually bought 2 full packets of those PSA sleeves off of Amazon just in case i buy a slab and there is no protective sleeve with it. So I would say they did the same thing.

Yep these boxes are generally fairly consistent and do have some big hits in them if you can get lucky!
You might not have won big but at least there's interesting variety on what you got! It sucks when mystery items just give the same modern junk over and over.

Yeh they are fun! There are ones they have that include packs and graded cards. I’ve opened a few a while back on the channel.
Check out their website. As he mentioned, they have mystery packs that come with booster packs and they also have mystery packs of just booster packs

If you watch pokerev's videos, he opened a bunch of these mystery boxes including the charizard graded card boxes and hes gotten some really nice cards. I think he made money on the charizard ones. Obviously not everyone can make monwy but they do include some really nice cards in this product

Ok great a fellow Aussie. So it’s always a weigh up between taking a gamble or buying something you’ll get close to the value you spend out of the box consistently. I’m all about the gamble haha. So I mean the closest to the iconic line of mystery boxes we have hear would be Nostalgia Mystery Box. Highly recommend, but obviously for them to have some boxes you pull big value out of some boxes need to be under value. Also would recommend Kawaii Mystery packs from Kawaii cards and collectables. Let me know if you prefer safer options as in more consistent in getting close to money spent rather then the gamble and I’ll recommend some others. Iconic are fun but $ conversion rate and shipping costs suck.
