मेने 2010 में एक फ्लैट बुक कराया था। बुलन्द बिल्डर गौड़ सीटी 2 ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट में 14 वर्ष हो गए हैं।काम बंद पड़ा है। पुरा पेमेंट कर चुके हैं केवल 5% पेमेंट बचा है। बैंक लोन का कर्ज चुका रहे हैं। किराए घर का किराया दे रहे हैं। कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है।

Coco county I don’t think so because it’s not having a Central Park & each floor is having 12 flats.
Amaatra is good in terms of brick & budget option but it’s not Mivan. In bricks it’s a good option

Bahi ranking Sahi nahi di apne Kyoki mahagun project stuck hai abhi tak complete nahi hua hai and abode project bhi kaafi time se stuck hai and even plan bhi change kar diya unhone tower increase karke green area hi khatam kar diya hai to number 1 and number 2 ranking phir bhi Theak hai but number 5 , 4 & 3 galat ranking di apne
bilkul sahi bat hai but jo abhi available hai unke according hi ranking di h sir
Koi esha area batao jaha shop le.ke Kam chala sake
kisi bhi society ki shop ko purchase kare mall me nahi

Can we get any good society in noida extension or greater noida within 70 lakhs? 2bhk or 3bhk
For 2bhk you can consider arihant abode, Gulshan bellina, saviour greenarch, projects of Amrapali, CRC Sublimis

@@trippylife9570 CRC, Arihant abode & Amrapali Veronica heights are made of Mivan construction. If I wanna rate these 3 than based upon the open space & location & overall project pricing
1. CRC Sublimis
2. Arihant Abode ( Within next 2-3 years it will be one of the best location)
3. Amrapali ( only due to high density & less amenities).
You should visit all 3 than you will get an idea
mahaung mywoods, paramount emotions, gulshan bellina, saviour greens arch, fusion homes etc..
