I got allergic contact dermatitis from using a hair product. It affected my scalp. I stopped using it and then it still spread to the rest of my body. My doctors gave me antibiotics and steroid creams. Nothing worked permanently. This lasted for SIX MONTHS. I read a book that it had to do with gut health and vitamin D deficiency. I got sunlight, ate salmon, took vitamin D supplements, I cut out sugars and added prebiotic fiber and I felt a difference in two weeks. In another two weeks, my skin healed and the itching stopped. This experience inspired me to start my own channel talking about this stuff. If you are suffering, there's a cure!
Ruined by the music
I was just diagnosed with this yesterday. I can no longer use laundry detergent with scents as well as soaps with scents.
She explained it so easy n used a great example.
A good start but would have been really helpful to talk about some of the common irritants and the kinds of everyday products these might be in aside from nickel and poison ivy. The hardest thing is identifying the source of a long term slow burn irritant and a short list of the most common ones would be a helpful starting point.
Does house dust mite cause contact dermatitis??
So all she said was once u got it u cant do shit about it lol 🤣🤣
If you mix 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a small bowl then add in 2 1/2 tablespoons of baking soda. Stir that apply to the area. Wash off after 30 minutes and like magic your skin itch is completely gone
I’ll try anything right about now
@@weldinggirlDid u try it? How did it work?

I learned a lot from this!!
What?
I remember one time along time ago, I was riding a jeepney, I touch the metal bar, I suddenly instantly itch on my palm. After that the skin breaks it looks cut. SOmetimes I develop those itchy painful cuts on my right fingers. I also have this weird feeling before that the itch feels like it was inside the skin so I cannot scratch it, i can't feel it when i scratch since it feels like it is inside under the skin. Thank god it never happend again. I'm not sure if teh perimenopause is increasing the sensitivity, if it has something to do with hormones. The good thing about living alone is I am the only one who uses everything. Unlike if you share with many everything will be touch by everyone, switches, knobs, faucets, fridge door handle, etc. if I don't have this cats and dogs the house would be cleaner. ANyways, I think this will not go away, I have to deal with it and control it mind over matter.
coconut oil w lavender frankincense & tea tree works for me
Get to the damn point. What is it and how do we treat it? I would hate to have her as my doctor.

I didn't learn anything either... 😞
It’s a reaction your body has to a substance. Avoid the substance. It can take awhile to figure out which substance. There can be a time delay before the reaction occurs. I’m allergic to some enzymes in laundry detergent.

God damn, so my body really just developed a hatred of sunblock 😭
I am allergic to almost anything. Even if it is gold if it stays with me for a long time i will be ithching. Jewelries are just disturbance, like now the healing bracelet my sister gave me I removed it because it is hitting on the table and I find it difficult to do things when something is on me. I don't know what's happening to me, I am having too much itchiness all over. I scrub my foot and I started itching, I touch the metal lid of the paint I started itching, the laundry soap also makes me itch. Than i usually feel itchy all over my body even to my scalp, it comes instant. The other day my dog went up to me, his paws on my knee and I started itching on it and had this red bumps. I try my best not to scratch so much, I will keep taking citirizine and I also distract myself by thinking of other things or watching something, because if I focus on the itch it will aggravate. The itching will continue and spread all over if I don't force myself to forget about it. it's like mind over matter. My allergy is getting higher. it's on and off. I used to have sweaty hands and feet but now my nervous tention is gone and my hands became dry. I can't sweat on my hands anymore that is why it is too dry. As much as possible I wear gloves to do things but it si hard to handle things with it. If I will chop food and cook I need to be barehands. The gloves are also annoying since it is not fit to my hands it's not all same length to my fingers, so it's disturbing on handling things, sometimes it gets cut by scissor or knife i am holding. It's hard to wear gloves and it is not fit to length of my fingers. My rhinitis is better now but I started developing this contact dermatitis. I just don't know why it spreads all over even to my scalp. SOmetimes i would wear my sleeper outside and I would suddenly itch on my soles. Maybe because the cats keeps scracthing it. I will ditch my sleepers again and this time I need to put it on higher place not on the ground since the cats will scratch it with dirt. I have different sleepers in every different location. I don't like wearing the same thing, one in my room, one outside, one for the house. But the problem is the cats and dogs will bring me dirt and infection. I used to have a very super clean place when I don't have pets but now I can't have a perfect clean space because of the pets. But i don't think that it's just them. I am really developing so much allergies lately. I also don't like eating some pineaples, it wounds the sides of my mouth. Some food can sting. I'm not sure about eggs, my grandma says I have allergy with egg, but I maybe immune now since I am eating it without anything happening to me. I used to itch on my nose and mouth when i eat certain chips or foods, but now it's rare to happen. But this itching on hands feet scalp and all over the body i can't understand what it is. I would even itch when i touch some bath soap, but most of the time it's on hands and feet.

Right now I'm worried that I could have gotten necrotizing fasciitis through the contact dermatitis. My reasoning for this is because I started to get basically unexplained injuries. Pulled muscles after not doing much. Thoughts?

For Christ sake - I am taking time to watch this video in hope of gathering professional insight on the condition that has covered my torso with oozing blotches and compromised skin to the point of constant itching and bleeding. What professional thought it would be an opportune time to entertain serious viewers with lighthearted music that drowns out what may be helpful advise?
