- You can get a special purple/pink chest at the end of the 2nd floor of [Multi] Black Dragon Libera. Purple/Pink chest can contain green name equipment aka ultimate equipment. But the chance is very small.

He does SO much damage because of his Tondenga's equipment that is called the Thor Set. it uses the Thor Club, Bunny Hood, Alldemonium Shield, and the Crono Riggers. Also, he has very good Set Skills like Peerless Bovine and Peerless Deer.

You just need to equip Thor, Bunny Hood, Alldemonium Shield and Crono Riggers to get the hidden set effect. You need to have all 4. You won't get the effect if you don't equip a single one of them.

I can't say for sure. I got 12 purple chests in about 60 tries. Btw, if you are trying to get a green item from purple boxes, please remember that the chance is ridiculously low. I used a cheat code which allow me to obtain 10 purple chests per mission and the first green item came from the 469th chest. But the green items obtained this way are truly ultimate items. They have powerful stat and are even better than super unique +20.

I farmed lv29 jeweled chests at the last single dungeon to get his equipment. You don't need to have that high level equipment. If you have Thor +10, Crono Riggers +10, Alldemonium Shield and Bunny Hood (can be any level), then you're ready to go. Of course you still need to obtain some important set skills such as Peerless Deer or Peerless Hedgehog (if you have a hard time surviving).
it all depends on aquipment and set skills. chrono riggers and alldeminium sheil raise attack by a ton. peerless bovine, strike master, and skills like that raise attack too.

I'm not sure what you meant but if you were talking about how to level up to 40 in single mode then grass grinding trick is the way to go. Google is your friend.

You can get those in a jewled chest (Sorry for bad spelling.) Depends on the level you find it. You can probably get those at the end of Depths Of Rage, Heights Of Lust, Dungeon Of Pride, or Basement Of Greed, but it all depends on luck though. I'm glad this helped you, if it didn't, i'm sorry.

Yup. Alldemonium Shield is the key part of the set. It boosts your strength to a ridiculous level.

Nope. I think it's totally random. Some people said if the last chest on the first floor was jeweled chest lv26, there would be a high chance that the last chest on the second floor was purple chest. But I don't think so.

It's a super unique item. So it can be obtained from any jeweled chest.

So you were talking about the damage that you received. Peerless Pig is useless, you also need to use Bunny Hood instead of Tahla Helm. Now try again !

Well, if you don't use Thor set which reduces damage by 50%, you might need to heal. In that case, Peerless Hedgehog works great. But it doesn't seem to work when you play online, so Peerless Tree is a good substitute.

Lv29 and 32 jeweled chest can yield lv15 and lv17 super unique respectively.

Well, just keep farming at Depths of Jealousy. The second floor gives jeweled chests lv29 which yield super unique up to lv15 quite often. If you are having trouble with the 2nd floor, you can try Tomb of Tolerance. The chest at the end is a lv29 jeweled chest.

No, the hidden effect is activated automatically. You just need to equip the whole set to get the effect.

It's a super unique item. Any jeweled chest can have it. Just keep trying.

Well, those axes deal too much damage. It's impossible to keep all units alive. Unless you use summon at the end but it's pointless.

No. It's a multi dungeon that can be unlocked by completing the 2nd dungeon in the game.
By the way, does the purple chest drop "by chance"? Or is there a special condition? (Like killing all gargoyles without breaking the chest)
I've done this a lot of times and only got 2 chests, but most of the times I destroy the chest on the 3rd gargoyle, for some reason.. So I'm starting to think ..

It's easy to deal 999999 damage with a good setup and equipment.

It would be better to use Susurapon or Stagger Axe [H] if you don't have Thor. But I guess Lightning Hammer [H] is okay, just make sure to level it up to 30.

You are allowed to open 10 chests per mission. The rest will be opened automatically. You still got that item, don't worry.

hahaha i also use the run then heromode tactic, that reaper guy is so annoying always pushing you around, sometimes right into the pendulum, other times through the door. by the way, how did you get the alldemonium shield 17? i only have one that is lvl 9 and have NOT finished DOJ. thank you

You can get purple jeweled chest in Depth of Jealousy and Gluttony, but is very rare to get.

Tondenga is the main unit for this mission. Other units will die easily even with the "amazing stuff". That's why I didn't bother equipping them with their best gears available.

Well, I have Energy Field 40% activated and Thor set which reduce all kinds of damage by 50%. Oh, and Peerless Pig is useless in this dungeon. It doesn't help reduce damage dealt by those axes. So get rid of it.

Thor gives you extra damage to all kind of enemies. Each level of Thor gives 10%. That means Thor+15 will deal 260% damage to all enemies.
lol mate , if i were to try this level i'd be toast, i'm level 23 and i have tondenga, but my equipment's only max level 8. i had a +3 thor but after some time it seemed ineffective, i passed most of the game with it though. thanks for the vid, will give it a shot

the weapons that you got new for me are: Teskatori Shooter ,Goliamon's Shiv ,The Butcher ,Thor ,Deedsaurus Darktank and Alldemonium Shield.
in solo, you DEFINITLY need Peerless Penguin. It does raise HP, but it does NOT half attack like it says. it halves speed. P. Tree restores HP every perfect beat. P. Deer nullifies the chance of getting a status infliction ONLY when attacking. Strike master is a no brainer. if you still have low HP, have on Stamina boost 2. and you'll need P. Bovine. it raises attack power up by 150%, but lowers min. power to 1.
Most important, HAVE HIGH LEVEL EQUIPS! I can't stress that enough.

Do not use Tahla Helm. You must use Bunny Hood to get the hidden set effect which reduces melee damage by 50%. Level up Energy Field to max level then those axes only deal 300 damage to your hero. Oh, and Peerless Pig is useless, so get rid of it.

I've got to ask.. how do you prevent status effects? When you charge forward like that, you'd think you'd be burned/frozen more often.. I don't play Tondenga, but it is one of my friend's favorites and he gets frozen/burnt every time and can't do too much ..

Out of around 10 runs I did today, the only 2 purples I got were from runs in which the chest on the first floor was 26 .. Then again, it's most likely just a coincidence ..
Each axe swings deals only about 700~1100 damage to your uberhero. Do hero level affect the damage taken?
I got Tondenga lvl 32, Aldemonium shield lvl 12, Chrono Rigger lvl 15, taterazay class skill lvl 3, Tahla Helm +15, and equipped peerless pig class skills. Sadly the axe still deals about 4k~6k damage each.. I just don't think increasing taterazay class skill by 2 more could reduce it that much..

yea about the helmet tondenga is lvl31 ive pass trough at the floor on depths of jelousy but tondenga is wearing tebenos helm lvl12

You mean infected ? Things you listed have nothing to do with it. Your save is infected when you CONSTANTLY get low level unique/super unique from high level chests, ex : +6 unique/super unique from lv29 jeweled chest.

Probably, RemoteJoyLite + Fraps, Hypercam or something
u should try peerless tree skill u get 1% of ur health back with each perfect drum hit so u can just go pon pon pon pon pon over and over and u keep healing thats a glitch i found out :)
you can get [H] in pink chests or in meden mart i mostly get [H] in meden mart more than pink chests and it's very hard to find and get!
Have you found any 'green' weapons since?
@pataponaddiction uhhh, excalipon is a unique item and those can't be upgraded at the blacksmith
in all honesty, the ultimate equips are highly over-rated considering how damn difficult they are to get. Not to mention by the time that you get said equips, you probably won't even need them.
@chuchuyo1 the chance of a purple chest appaering is about 1/3.

Google it. But that site is having some problems at the moment. Remember that cheat code can cause some serious troubles to your save file, so back up both your date file and save file before using it and DO NOT use that infected save file when you play online.
