The Build to Solo La Peste in Skull & Bones!

- Didn't need the help and I hate that he/she showed up while testing this build but I had it solo regardless... also didn't know until after this battle that La Peste is fortified while the little explosive ships are sailing in so be sure to crack them quick or draw them in close for massive explosive damage that hurts him as well.

I love the way you provoke us, you dont need us but infact you did not even do 15% of the dmg you promised - you missed also a lot. Now look and analyse your video:
Exactly at 4:10 to 4:12 a minion explode and if you watch la peste's health bar you realise that the dmg came from the explosion, not from you. Guess where the other dmg comes from? Yes, from the other minions. If you like to kiss the la peste ship, well use better the purple flamethrower to initiate more crew attack rate and boost your crew rate attack by using the right furniture. Use Zansamas 3 to push even more the crew attack. That way you can heal up with the purple furniture by 8000 hp.
If you feel to be good enough - not to take dmg, use the Sambuke and dont!! use the furniture for keep fire dot longer on enemies. You want the sambuke special to proc more often. And your mobility skill is now important to keep the minions attack la peste by hiding behind la peste.

Sounds good... If that's your tactic then use it... This is my ship and my build and it has solo defeated every Elite enemy and PVP I've engaged thus far so I'll keep rocking it... I stream the game daily and dominate the seas without worry so I'm good with this build... Thanks for the interaction tho... You shouldn't use Increase ablaze effect duration 10% on Sambuk?
@Daviduarte_27 you can... I tried it out nut the sambuk can't take damage like my Barque can so I like my build.

I’ve got the twin ballista thingy on front, awesome for accurate shooting weak points, 14000+ damage on a full power shot, good range and quick reload, got the cannons you win in smugglers award on both sides, Dardanelle on rear and leopold mortar, I’ve had pest down to less than 20% solo but never quite got it.
Yea I gave my ballistas to my fleet mate and have never really even tried them... I know they hit hard but I love the Dards and I built this to be all around solo in case he isn't around... currently uploading a 1v1 Hostile Takeover domination
Great vid. I always seem to get lepeste in a raging sea storm and miss killing him by 15 to 20 percent.
That's just bad luck. I know they gave him new spawn locations since this video was made but back then there were only the 2 off the coast of Africa.
instead of rigging station you could try either the furniture that gives 10%increased damage to port side weapons like the front and starboard one
or the one that gives 10% increased damage with ablaze effects
on my shiprank 12 sambuk i use blue specter at front and on sides and back of the ship i use fire bombard 3 and on auxiliary spot i use either termites 3 or leopold 3
and my furnitures are rope locker, the one that gives 10% increased damage with ablaze effects, the one that increases charging thing with ablaze effects and the one that increases duration of ablaze effects and last one is the one that increases the elementary damage thing for sea fire with 19%🙂

no one fights La Peste because his drops suck, I got some cosmetics from him the first time, but the 12 after that have been just supplies. Youre better off holding 10+ Plague heads and fighting the prince guy
The Plague Prince is 2 easy and kinda boring tho... I sail around with 20 heads on me destroying Pestilence Fleet ships
I love how the guy commented that you did like 25%damage when you literally had him down at 50% with 6min left on the clock.... who cares if you used the bomb ships to deal damage? that is the reason the devs put them in the game. Karen/Kevin hater trolls are gonna come at you any time you do what they can't. Keep up the good work.
That was intense. You had him as a solo but guess it's good the other player got to loot as well.
Yea... I don't mind helping other's that struggle but I really wanted to get the solo win since I knew I could.

I wonder if you put that same exact build on the Sambuk, how much harder it would hit him due to fire and explosive damage. Especially if those little ships that damage him are congregated on you both- because the AoE efdects of the Sambuk would cause them to explode and do massive damage to him, too! Maybe do a small crew attack to heal as a side part of the build for active yet passive heals.
This however is a great ship and build for fleet play as everyone would be passively healing each other. If four people sacrificed one slot for a healing weapon everyone could aftively engage in heal shots on each other as needed without too much DPS sacrifice. But awesome to see it can solo him for the most part! Or if you had three of these and one Sambuk, that would be ideal.

@@DOCmookTV I think youd love it. Your exact build on a Sambuk would wreck shop due to its passive- you would just need to think of heals- so maybe advanced heal kit 1 (time ratio to use), paired with crew heals, may balance it out.
But yeah I absolutely love my Barque- its a great farm ship for pve, if you arent fighting Le Peste try the Wrathful Ward (if in face/PVP- brace often for magica effects), or Royal Custod for more heals when proccing the kit, or even Black Prince for just farm runs pve combat. All three are amazing situationally- especially wrathful if in face style combat with Barque. That added DPS with amazing resists on a ship that otherwise heals itself, is boss mode. Also if mass PVE farming like stacking delivery missions for rogue farms? A Twinch up front rocks shop- most ships get sniped down before even hitting range for the zamzams, as I run crew attack heals. LOL but passively healing is so amazing, eapecially if you pair up with a buddy in a barque as well? Mutual heals, added DPS, you gain rank seasonally so fast that way it is sick.

Since Le Peste went live, I have yet to get a lobby where anyone wants to kill him.
I go there every time he shows up to see if anyone needs help. If nobody shows up I don't waste my ammo. Catch me on a stream on twitch and I'll help out!
Nobody is scared we all are doing hidden boss.. when you Cary ten heads from new mission it gets BANANAS and you get lockers.. the more boats with rwn heads the CEAZUER
I have 17 heads in ware house... I'll sail around with them all in my cargo tomorrow morning when I go live.... that boss is weak compared to La Peste tho so I'll just farm that for a bit even tho I've already completed everthing there is to do in the game thus far including the smuggler's pass

Mostly trash to sell... not sure I've seen any weapons or armor
I’ve sunk it 40+ times and never got anything more than cosmetic
@Ste-_. same.... after the first 10 lockers for pass challenge it's more of a waste of time and munitions to keep fighting him unless helping someone else complete tasks

Wouldn't this build be better with a sambuk?
I had another comment about trying it on the Sambuk and I did while live on twitch but it didn't seem like it did enough "more" damage to make up for the repair feature the Barque has.
Im thinking about going back to the Barque, i really don't like the look of the sambuk @DOCmookTV

I looked at it again today while on stream... my Sambuk had Twin winch bow, fire bombard 3s on port starboard and stern and aux is Leopold 3 and I just don't like the way it looks and feels. Haven't lost a 1v1 in my Barque or my Brigantine with long nines all around but had a 2 man sink me in the Barque today

How do you get the plaqueBringers off you when your not ready to take on the second ship ? Ive lost alot of money and time over this damn fleet and cant leave the port without having them all over me before i can even move

Yes but even after putting it in the Warehouse they were still coming after me constantly like trolling lmao

I know right it was very strange it almost made me not like the game because of that but i finally managed to free myself from the issue luckily and built a bigger ship

My level 11 brigantine build does this exact same thing.
Niiiice. I have a Brigantine build that can do it but I pretty much only use it for Helm Wager Runs. Long Nines all around and built for speed and stamina.
I kill that guy was quite hard to be honest but I didn't have those guns
He's tougher now than he was when he first appeared on the seas. I Need to hop in and fight him again!
Snow is the best ship op ship

@@DOCmookTV ive beat him 4 times with snow just 2 of us players done him quick also hardly no damage done to us as in my team mates for me snow is the best allways will be and it even shows its a better ship on its stats

I would still solo him... might no use the same strat but that's what makes a BEAST player... the ability to adapt.. and I am a BEAST!

@Response1980 I'll check it out... the biggest thing I see people messing up when fighting La Peste is not utilizing those little bomb ships he calls in... lyre them in close to him and 💥 massive damage dealt
im sorry but the le pleu is dogshit. is a pvp weapon and does nothing to enemy ships unless they are players. my buddy has been running the barque imma send him this vid. i swear by the samuk that thing is all sorts of fun for my playstyle lols.
I run the Leopold lll and destroy... this build hasn't lost a PVP yet

It's a well made game. True it could use some fixes and additions here and there but what game doesn't have that going on? I'm guessing you're more of a Minecraft and Roblox kinda player... To each their own 😁

Most of the damage did come from those lil bomb ships... you're supposed to kite them into le peste for the most damage output possible. If you try to go raw damage against him you're gonna run outta time before you get the kill

@@NinjaNerosis it'll be ok... I've sunk La Peste over 50 times at this point and have no need to sink him again unless I'm helping someone like you that is struggling. The fact that I know the strat and utilize the kamakaze bomb boats for the win is just being good at the game. I'm sorry that you're not at a point where, even with the help of the little BOOM BOOM boats, you can't sink him but keep trying and who knows what can happen. Happy sailing lil fella!!!
