Hi mam i have a doubt maida and baking powder ratio is 1:1 but why do u take 2 tspn baking powder for 11/2 cup maida ..can i take 11/2 tspn baking powder

Maida and baking powder 1:1 nai h 3/4 cup maida me 1tsp baking powder h aur 1 1/2 cup maida me 2 tsp baking powder use karna h. Recipe theek se dekho half kg k sabhi ingredients double kark 1 kg cake k liye sponge bana skte ho

Not in this recipe.... usually u take baking powder more than maida ratio so I asked for example 1tspn for 3/4th cup maida instead of 3/4tspn baking powder for 3/4th cup maida... Thank u
